All Sales Are Final
At GoodXHealth, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products.
Because our products are health supplements, we are unable to resell opened or used items. This policy exists to protect the safety and integrity of every order we ship.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right. Please contact us at support@goodxhealth.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a store credit at our discretion.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@goodxhealth.shop and we will resolve it at no cost to you.
